Appliance RX has a mission to be the quickest, friendliest and best appliance repair service company in all of Missouri. We want to change the service industry by providing superior customer service and efficient work. We want to give back to people in all of Missouri who have experienced bad service. Our vision is to show appreciation and value to our employees and customers.

Welcome to Appliance RX! I am Brandon Lesesne, owner and operator of Appliance RX. I’m an Airforce veteran and I have always loved being an entrepreneur. After I got out of the service I decided to go to school and open an appliance repair company because there just seemed to be a need for a good & reliable one in my hometown. I up and moved to Boston, Massachusetts and went to Bay State School of Technology. When I got back, I opened Appliance Rx in 2013 and I ran solo until 2016 when I hired my first technician. Today my team has grown and is like my second family.
Our goal at Appliance RX is to provide our customers with the assurance of knowing there is someone they can trust to come to their aid whenever their appliance fails or just needs maintenance. We want to be our customer’s honest and reliable appliance repair source and I want to take the worry out of appliance repair.
As the owners, I operate the business as I believe it should be done – provide customer service first, through integrity, sincerity and respect, never putting the importance of profits before good customer service and a great reputation. “Integrity is the essence of everything successful.”
Our customers can relax knowing that their technician is a well trained professional, insured, and EPA certified. Our service vehicles will be fully stocked with replacement parts as well as all the tools and equipment necessary to get the job done right the first time whenever possible.
Appliance Rx offers a 30-day labor warranty and a 5-year parts warranty for any and all repairs that are the same issue. Exclusions apply: Neglect or Abuse related breakage, no control boards, no compressors, or lightning strikes. Must have original invoice from Appliance Rx for proof of purchase.
Our technicians not only undergo continual training to keep on top of the appliance repair industry, we also use cutting edge technology in the home to speed up the repair process to get your appliance back in action faster!
For our customers comfort and safety, we can email a picture of the technician that is coming to your home. Our technician will be clean and respectful every time. Our technicians are drug, alcohol & background-checked for your safety & security.
Out of respect for each customer and their home, the technician will remove his shoes in the home or ensure they are clean if shoes are allowed to protect from stains and damage to your floors, use a tool matt to protect floors and counter tops, and utilize floor guards when moving an appliance for repairs. The appliance and work area will be cleaned before leaving the customer’s home. Along with our expert service, well give you useful tips to keep your appliance running for year to come.
